Calcutta High Court have notified draft Intellectual Property Rights Division Rules on December 19, 2023. Alongside have invited comments/ suggestions, if any, from the members of the Bar, and stakeholders within January 5th, 2024 through email at calhc.registrarcc@gmail.com.
