Draft Patent (Amendment) Rules, 2023
On 22nd August, 2023, MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY – Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade have notified Draft Patent (Amendment) Rules, 2023 and have call fro suggestions and objections to the amendments made thereto from patent attorneys and other stakeholders.
Within a period of 30 days, comments and suggestions/ objection can be posted to the following emails:
