Trademark Registry Hearing link provided through Dynamic Cause List
All the stakeholders were notified that w.e.f. 01 December 2022, the “cause list” of show cause application for hearing via Video Conferencing (VC) mode will be available in dynamic mode on the official website of the office of CGPDTM (https://ipindia.gov.in).
The hearing rooms for each hearing officer shall also be open for access through the link provided in the dynamic cause list. The hearing notice for the said cause list shall be served one month in advance as per TM Rules 2017. But the link for online hearing room shall be accessible through the online dynamic cause list published on the website.
All IP Stakeholders were advised to refer the online dynamic cause list to join the hearing room.
For any questions/queries, the stakeholders asked to reach to IT Helpdesk (email: tmr-helpdesk@nic.in). Alternatively, stakeholders can write through the grievance portal of the office of CGPDTM (https://ipindia.gov.in) or connect through OPEN HOUSE with the O/o CGPDTM (during all working days 10.30 am to 11.30 am)
